1.Immobilized Mouse LAG-3, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Mouse FGL1. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5983 μg/mL. 2.Immobilized Mouse LAG3 at 5 μ g/mL can bind Human FGL1. The EC50 is 309.8-461.1 ng/mL. Immobilized Mouse LAG-3, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Mouse FGL1. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5983 μg/mL.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

LAG-3 (Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3) is an immune checkpoint receptor that plays a significant role in regulating T cell activity and maintaining immune homeostasis.
