Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 Induced Protein 1 (TGFb1I1), also known as bone morphogenetic protein 1 (BMP1), is a crucial protein involved in various physiological processes, including extracellular matrix formation, tissue remodeling, and wound healing. Research on TGFb1I1 has gained significant attention due to its role in developmental biology and its implications in various diseases, including fibrosis, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders. The protein is known to activate latent forms of growth factors, influencing cell differentiation and proliferation. Furthermore, TGFb1I1 is involved in the regulation of collagen and other matrix proteins, essential for maintaining tissue integrity. The recombinant production of TGFb1I1 enables detailed studies of its structure-function relationships, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. With advancements in biotechnology, researchers are exploring the recombinant TGFb1I1's capabilities in regenerative medicine, particularly in enhancing tissue repair processes and developing biomaterials. Understanding its mechanisms may lead to novel treatment strategies for conditions characterized by abnormal tissue remodeling and could provide insights into the fundamental processes of development and disease pathology.
