Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNB4, also known as Guanine Nucleotide-Binding Protein Subunit Beta-4, is a member of the beta subunit family of heterotrimeric G proteins, which play a pivotal role in cellular signal transduction. Research into GNB4 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various physiological processes and pathophysiological conditions, including immune response, neuronal signaling, and cancer progression. The characterization of GNB4-recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions with G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). Given that GNB4 is implicated in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways, its study could provide valuable insights into therapeutic targets for diseases associated with dysregulated G protein signaling. Additionally, the ability to produce and purify GNB4 in a recombinant form allows for the exploration of its structural properties and dynamic functions in vitro, facilitating the investigation of its role in mediating cellular responses. As researchers continue to elucidate the complexities of G protein signaling, the study of GNB4 and its recombinant protein forms is poised to contribute significantly to our understanding of cellular communication and potential advancements in targeted therapies.
