Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GFI1B (Growth Factor Independence 1B) is a transcription factor primarily expressed in hematopoietic cells, playing a crucial role in regulating blood cell development, particularly in megakaryocyte and erythrocyte differentiation. Mutations in the GFI1B gene have been associated with various hematological disorders, including thrombocytopenia and anemia, highlighting its importance in maintaining normal hematopoiesis. Recent studies have demonstrated that GFI1B functions by modulating gene expression and influencing pathways critical for cell proliferation and survival. The recombinant GFI1B protein is of significant interest for research and therapeutic applications, as it provides a tool to better understand its molecular interactions and regulatory mechanisms. Investigating the structure and functional properties of the GFI1B recombinant protein can offer insights into the development of targeted therapies for blood-related diseases, as well as further our understanding of the intricate network of transcription factors that govern hematopoietic lineage commitment. Overall, the exploration of GFI1B through recombinant protein studies is integral to uncovering the complexities of blood cell formation and potential implications for clinical interventions.
