Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GABPB2, a member of the GA-binding protein (GABP) family, plays a crucial role as a transcription factor in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This protein is known to form hetero-oligomeric complexes with its partner GABPA, influencing the expression of multiple target genes involved in cellular regulation. The dysregulation of GABPB2 has been implicated in various diseases, particularly cancer, making it a significant focus of research. In recent studies, recombinant GABPB2 proteins have been produced to investigate their structural and functional properties, providing insights into their mechanisms of action and potential roles in disease. The development of these recombinant proteins allows for advanced biochemical assays, including DNA-binding studies and protein-protein interaction analyses, which are essential for understanding the regulatory networks driven by GABPB2. Moreover, the use of recombinant proteins can pave the way for therapeutic developments aimed at modulating GABPB2 activity, thereby offering novel strategies for cancer treatment and other related conditions. Overall, the study of GABPB2 recombinant proteins is vital for elucidating its functional significance in health and disease.
