  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

The study of FYB (Fyn-binding protein) recombinant proteins has garnered significant attention due to its potential implications in immunology and cancer research. FYB, an adapter protein, plays a crucial role in the signaling pathways of immune cells, particularly in T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, where it interacts with and modulates various signaling proteins, including Src family kinases. Dysregulation of FYB has been linked to various malignancies, highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of FYB allows for detailed investigations into its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular proteins, which can elucidate its role in immune responses and tumorigenesis. Furthermore, the production of FYB as a recombinant protein facilitates the development of specific inhibitors or monoclonal antibodies that can serve as therapeutic agents or research tools. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of FYB in different pathological contexts promises to pave the way for novel strategies in cancer immunotherapy and enhance our knowledge of immune regulation.
