Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDGFRL (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptor-Like) is a member of the PDGF receptor family, which is involved in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and migration. It is known to play a crucial role in the development of multiple tissues and may have implications in pathological conditions such as cancer and fibrosis. Research into PDGFRL is particularly significant due to its potential as a therapeutic target; however, its function and underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood compared to other PDGF receptors. Recent studies have indicated that PDGFRL could be involved in modulating signaling pathways that regulate cell survival and immune responses. The expression of PDGFRL in different cell types and its interaction with other ligands and receptors highlight its complexity and importance in cellular communication. Recombinant PDGFRL proteins have become essential tools for investigating its biological functions and interactions in vitro and in vivo, thereby paving the way for potential clinical applications. Understanding the mechanisms by which PDGFRL operates could provide insights into new therapeutic strategies for diseases where PDGFRL is implicated, making it a target of interest in both basic and translational research.
