Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FRMD3, or FERM Domain Containing 3, has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its significant role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization, cell adhesion, and signal transduction. Emerging research has indicated that FRMD3 is implicated in critical biological functions such as regulating cell migration and polarity, which are essential for normal development and tissue homeostasis. Dysregulation of FRMD3 has been associated with several pathologies, including cancers and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Studies have shown that FRMD3 interacts with multiple signaling pathways, making it crucial for understanding cellular responses to environmental cues. The exploration of FRMD3 recombinant proteins can provide insights into its structure-function relationships, cellular localization, and dynamics in different cellular contexts. Advanced techniques, such as protein engineering and structural biology, enable researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms underlying FRMD3 functions, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease states. Additionally, the recombinant expression of FRMD3 allows for further characterization of its interactions with other cellular components, enhancing our understanding of its role in health and disease. Overall, FRMD3 represents a promising area of research with broad implications for cell biology and medicine.
