  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

USP49, a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family, plays a crucial role in regulating protein degradation and cellular signaling pathways through deubiquitination. As an enzyme that removes ubiquitin chains from substrates, USP49 directly influences various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, response to stress, and apoptosis. Recent studies have shown that USP49 is involved in key cellular functions such as maintaining proteostasis and modulating immune responses, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Given its implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, research on USP49 recombinant protein has gained significance. Scientists aim to elucidate its precise biological mechanisms, interactions with other proteins, and the regulatory networks it participates in. Understanding these aspects could provide insights into the development of innovative therapeutic strategies. Additionally, the production of USP49 recombinant protein facilitates functional studies, including enzymatic activity assays and structural analyses, further advancing our knowledge of this important regulator in cellular homeostasis and disease pathology.
