Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UNR (Unr, Unr-like RNA-binding protein) is a vital RNA-binding protein that plays a significant role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. Initially identified for its involvement in the regulation of the p53 tumor suppressor pathway, UNR has garnered attention for its diverse functions in mRNA metabolism, including mRNA stability, localization, and translation. This protein is particularly known for its ability to bind to specific RNA motifs, influencing the stability and translational efficiency of target mRNAs. Its dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, making it a critical focus of molecular biology and therapeutic research. Understanding the structural and functional properties of UNR, through studies involving recombinant protein production and characterization, allows researchers to explore its mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components. This knowledge could pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches targeting UNR in disease contexts, highlighting the importance of continued investigation into its role in RNA biology and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target.
