稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UGT2B10 is a member of the UDP-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) family, which plays a crucial role in drug metabolism and the detoxification of various endogenous and exogenous compounds through glucuronidation. This enzymatic process facilitates the solubilization and elimination of lipophilic substances, impacting pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. UGT2B10 specifically is involved in the metabolism of a range of therapeutic drugs, including certain steroids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which makes it an essential focus for pharmacogenetic studies. Variations in the UGT2B10 gene can influence inter-individual differences in drug response and efficacy, leading to adverse drug reactions or therapeutic failures. Understanding the structural and functional aspects of UGT2B10, including its substrate specificity and regulatory mechanisms, is critical for optimizing drug dosing regimens and enhancing personalized medicine approaches. Furthermore, research on UGT2B10 provides insights into the evolutionary adaptations of the UGT family and its corresponding role in human health and disease management. The development of recombinant UGT2B10 protein serves as a valuable tool for in vitro studies, enabling researchers to investigate substrate interactions, enzyme kinetics, and the effects of genetic polymorphisms on enzyme activity. Consequently, UGT2B10 represents a significant area of study in pharmacogenomics and toxicology, with implications for the safe and effective use of medications in diverse populations.
