Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIMCH1, or LIM domain containing 1, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization and cellular signaling. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in muscle development and function, as well as its potential involvement in diseases such as cancer and heart disease. The LIMCH1 protein is characterized by LIM domains, which are zinc-finger motifs that facilitate protein-protein interactions, thereby influencing numerous signaling pathways. Researchers have focused on recombinant LIMCH1 protein to elucidate its functional dynamics and interactions within the cellular context. Generating this protein in a recombinant form enables more precise characterization of its biochemical properties and biological activities, thereby providing insights into its role in normal physiology and disease states. Understanding LIMCH1's structure and function is essential for uncovering its mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications, especially in muscle-related disorders and malignancies. As such, the study of recombinant LIMCH1 protein is pivotal in advancing our knowledge and may lead to novel strategies for intervention in diseases where LIMCH1 is implicated.
