稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MB21D1, also known as MBD5 or MYB binding protein 1, is a recently identified member of the MB (methyl-CpG-binding) domain family, implicated in various cellular processes, including DNA damage response and epigenetic regulation. Research on MB21D1 has gained significant attention due to its potential roles in maintaining genome stability and its association with several diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders. The protein's ability to bind methylated DNA suggests it plays a crucial role in gene regulation and chromatin remodeling. Furthermore, mutations and dysregulation of MB21D1 have been linked to developmental issues and various pathologies, prompting further investigation into its functional mechanisms. Given the increasing complexity of gene regulation and the impact of epigenetic modifications on cellular behavior, understanding MB21D1's structure and function can provide valuable insights into its role in health and disease. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of MB21D1 through recombinant protein expression techniques, allowing researchers to explore its biochemical properties, binding affinities, and interactions with other cellular factors. As research progresses, the elucidation of MB21D1's role in cellular processes could uncover novel therapeutic targets for treating disorders associated with its dysregulation, highlighting the importance of this protein in modern molecular biology and medicine.
