Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBXN6 is a protein that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of ubiquitin-mediated protein degradation. It is a member of the UBX domain-containing protein family, which is known for its involvement in cellular protein quality control and stress responses. Research has shown that UBXN6 is implicated in the modulation of proteasomal activity, acting as a cofactor for the ubiquitin-proteasome system and influencing the degradation of misfolded or damaged proteins. Its dysfunction has been associated with several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic research. Studies on UBXN6 recombinant proteins aim to elucidate its structural and functional properties, enabling a deeper understanding of its role in protein homeostasis and cellular health. By exploring the mechanisms through which UBXN6 interacts with other cellular components and pathways, researchers seek to uncover potential interventions that could mitigate the effects of diseases linked to its dysregulation. Understanding the nuances of UBXN6 function at the molecular level may pave the way for developing innovative strategies to enhance protein quality control processes, thereby contributing to the advancement of treatments for conditions characterized by protein mismanagement.
