Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSDE1 (Cold Shock Domain Protein E1) is a multifunctional RNA-binding protein that plays a crucial role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It is involved in various cellular processes, including mRNA stability, translation, and degradation, and is known to interact with a variety of RNA molecules and other proteins. Research on CSDE1 has gained momentum due to its implications in several biological contexts, including cellular stress responses, immune regulation, and developmental processes. Abnormalities in CSDE1 expression have been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The study of CSDE1 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its structural and functional properties, which can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and interactions with other cellular components. Using recombinant technology, researchers can produce CSDE1 proteins in a controlled environment, facilitating detailed biochemical analyses and the exploration of its role in RNA metabolism. This work is pivotal for unraveling the complexities of CSDE1 function as well as its contributions to health and disease. Understanding CSDE1 at a molecular level is expected to advance our knowledge of gene regulation and foster the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting related pathways.
