Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCOA3, also known as nuclear receptor coactivator 3, is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression by acting as a coactivator for nuclear hormone receptors. It is involved in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of NCOA3 has been implicated in several diseases, particularly cancer, where it often functions as an oncogene. This has prompted extensive research into its mechanisms of action and interactions with other proteins involved in signaling pathways. Moreover, NCOA3 has been shown to participate in the development of hormone-resistant tumors, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. The study of NCOA3 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding its structural and functional roles, as well as for developing potential inhibitors that could modify its activity in pathological conditions. By generating and characterizing NCOA3 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms through which this coactivator influences various signaling cascades and contributes to tumorigenesis. This research not only enhances our understanding of NCOA3's biological functions but also aids in the identification of novel strategies for cancer treatment that could improve patient outcomes.
