Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXL11, also known as F-box and leucine-rich repeat protein 11, is a component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) ubiquitin ligase complex, which plays a crucial role in mediating protein degradation through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Research on FBXL11 has garnered attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA repair, and embryonic development. Mutations or dysregulation of FBXL11 have been implicated in several diseases, particularly in certain types of cancers where its function in regulating the stability of key oncogenic and tumor suppressor proteins is disrupted. Furthermore, FBXL11 has been shown to recognize and ubiquitinate specific substrates, modulating their cellular levels and activity. The recombinant expression of FBXL11 provides a valuable tool for investigating its structural and functional properties, as well as for screening potential inhibitors that could offer therapeutic benefits in diseases associated with its misregulation. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying FBXL11 function and its interactions with target proteins is essential for unraveling its role in health and disease, making it a prominent focus within the fields of molecular biology and cancer research. As a result, the study of FBXL11 recombinant proteins holds significant promise for advancing our knowledge of targeted therapies and biomarker discovery in oncology.
