Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TTC25, a member of the tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including protein-protein interactions, molecular chaperoning, and signal transduction. This protein is characterized by its unique structural motifs that facilitate the binding of multiple protein partners, making it a crucial player in cellular regulation and homeostasis. Preliminary studies have indicated that TTC25 may be involved in the development and progression of certain diseases, particularly in relation to cellular stress response and apoptosis. Furthermore, its expression patterns have been linked to specific stages of cell differentiation and response to external stimuli, suggesting that TTC25 could serve as a biomarker for certain pathological conditions. Researchers are increasingly focusing on understanding the functional mechanisms of TTC25, exploring its interactions at the molecular level, and examining its potential as a therapeutic target. The development of recombinant TTC25 proteins for in vitro studies is a key aspect of this research, facilitating insights into its biological roles and aiding in the identification of novel therapeutic approaches. Consequently, advancing the understanding of TTC25 is crucial not only for elucidating its contributions to fundamental biological processes but also for its implications in disease mechanisms and therapeutic innovations.
