  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TSNAXIP1, a member of the tsRNA (transfer RNA-derived small RNA) family, has garnered interest in recent years for its potential role in various cellular processes and disease pathways. This protein is involved in the regulation of gene expression and may play a critical role in stress responses, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Studies have suggested that TSNAXIP1 may also influence tumorigenesis and the progression of certain cancers, making it a candidate for therapeutic development. The recombination and characterization of TSNAXIP1 have become essential for understanding its biological functions and underlying mechanisms. Researchers are exploring its interactions with other proteins and RNA molecules to elucidate its contributions to cellular homeostasis and pathology. Given the increasing evidence linking tsRNA-related proteins to critical cellular functions and diseases, TSNAXIP1 represents a promising target for further investigation, potentially leading to novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in oncology and other fields. Understanding the structure and function of this recombinant protein could provide insights into its regulatory roles and pave the way for innovative approaches to targeting related pathways in disease contexts.
