稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSGA2, also known as testis-specific gene antigen 2, is a protein that has garnered significant interest in cancer research due to its potential role in tumorigenesis and its expression patterns in various malignancies. Initially identified in germ cells, TSGA2 has been found to exhibit upregulation in several types of tumors, including testicular cancer, lung cancer, and gliomas. The aberrant expression of TSGA2 is thought to contribute to cancer cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Furthermore, due to its testis-specific nature, TSGA2 holds promise as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis, especially in cancers that lack effective screening methods. Recent studies have focused on the characterization and functional analysis of recombinant TSGA2 protein, aiming to elucidate its biological roles and mechanisms of action in cancer cells. By generating and analyzing recombinant forms of TSGA2, researchers hope to uncover insights into its involvement in cancer progression and to explore its potential for targeted therapies or as an immunotherapeutic agent. Overall, the ongoing research on TSGA2 emphasizes its significance in understanding the molecular underpinnings of cancer and reinforces the importance of identifying novel biomarkers for therapeutic advancements.
