Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CELSR2 (Cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 2) is a member of the CELSR family of proteins involved in the regulation of planar cell polarity (PCP) and neuronal development. Research into CELSR2 has gained traction due to its critical role in developmental processes and its emerging association with various diseases, particularly in relation to neurological and cardiovascular disorders. CELSR2 functions as a receptor that interacts with other signaling molecules to influence cell orientation and migration during embryogenesis. Mutations or dysregulation of CELSR2 have been implicated in conditions such as neural tube defects and congenital heart diseases, highlighting its importance in normal physiological function. Additionally, recent studies have suggested a link between CELSR2 and metabolic disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. As a result, the recombinant expression of CELSR2 not only provides insights into its functional mechanisms but also facilitates the development of targeted drugs for related pathologies. Through advanced protein engineering techniques, researchers aim to elucidate the structure-function relationship of CELSR2, creating opportunities for innovative treatments and deepening our understanding of PCP pathways in health and disease.
