  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TRIM36, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has garnered increasing interest due to its potential roles in immune regulation and cancer biology. Studies have shown that TRIM proteins are involved in various cellular processes, including ubiquitination, which influences protein degradation, and immune responses by modulating the activity of different signaling pathways. Specifically, TRIM36 has been implicated in the negative regulation of inflammatory responses, making it a crucial player in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Research indicates that alterations in TRIM36 expression may contribute to the pathogenesis of various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and malignancies. Recent investigations have focused on understanding its molecular mechanisms, including interactions with other proteins and its effects on signal transduction pathways. The reorganization of TRIM36 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its functional properties and interactions within the immune system, facilitating insights into its role in health and disease. By employing techniques such as overexpression, silencing, and post-translational modification analysis, researchers aim to elucidate how TRIM36 can serve as a therapeutic target or biomarker for diseases, thereby highlighting its significance in biomedical research. Overall, the study of TRIM36 is pivotal in understanding the complex mechanisms underlying immune regulation and tumor biology, with the potential to inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
