Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM35, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has emerged as a significant focus in cellular biology due to its multifaceted roles in immune responses, cellular stress, and tumorigenesis. This protein, characterized by a RING finger domain, B-Box, and coiled-coil region, is involved in various cellular processes including regulation of gene expression, protein ubiquitination, and autophagy. Recent studies have highlighted TRIM35's potential as a tumor suppressor, suggesting that it may inhibit cancer cell proliferation and metastasis by modulating key signaling pathways such as NF-κB and p53. Moreover, TRIM35 has been implicated in antiviral immunity, particularly through its ability to target viral components for degradation, thus playing a critical role in the host defense against infections. The exploration of TRIM35 as a recombinant protein in therapeutic applications is gaining momentum, as researchers aim to harness its biological functions to design innovative treatments for cancers and viral diseases, thus opening new avenues for research and clinical practice. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which TRIM35 exerts its functions could provide valuable insights into its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target.
