Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM13C1, a member of the FAM13 gene family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and disease mechanisms. This gene is located on chromosome 1 and encodes a protein that is believed to be involved in cell signaling, proliferation, and differentiation, which are critical for normal cellular functions. Research has suggested that FAM13C1 may play a role in the pathogenesis of several conditions, including cancer, metabolic disorders, and cardiovascular diseases. Its expression levels and functional variations have been linked to tumor progression, making it a candidate for further investigation in oncology. Additionally, FAM13C1 has been studied in the context of obesity and insulin resistance, highlighting its significance in metabolic health. The recombinant protein of FAM13C1 is essential for elucidating its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and functional roles in cellular pathways. By generating and characterizing this recombinant protein, researchers aim to unravel its mechanisms of action and assess its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker in diseases where it is implicated. Understanding the structure and function of FAM13C1 could provide valuable insights into its contributions to health and disease, paving the way for novel treatment strategies and improving disease management. Overall, the ongoing research into FAM13C1 and its recombinant protein holds promise for advancing our knowledge of complex biological processes and unveiling new therapeutic avenues.
