  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TPTE2 (tissue protein tyrosine phosphatase epsilon 2) is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family, which plays crucial roles in various cellular processes by regulating signaling pathways that control cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. In the context of cancer and other diseases, aberrations in PTP activity can lead to dysregulated signaling, resulting in pathological states. TPTE2 is of particular interest due to its unique structure and potential involvement in cellular functions that are not entirely understood. Research has indicated that TPTE2 may be implicated in tumor progression and metastasis, particularly in certain types of cancers. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underpinning TPTE2 function could provide valuable insights into its role in cellular signaling and disease progression, potentially opening up new avenues for targeted therapies. Therefore, the study of TPTE2 recombinant proteins has become a focus for researchers aiming to elucidate its structure-function relationships and therapeutic potential. By producing and characterizing TPTE2 recombinant proteins, scientists can investigate its interactions with other proteins and cellular components, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of its biological role and its implications in health and disease.
