Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF319, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in gene regulation and cellular processes. These proteins typically function as transcription factors, implicated in various biological functions including developmental processes and responses to environmental stimuli. The study of ZNF319 is particularly significant because its expression patterns and functional mechanisms are not fully understood, suggesting it could be involved in critical pathways related to cellular differentiation and disease states, including cancer. Research involving the recombinant expression of ZNF319 aims to elucidate its structural characteristics and interactions with DNA and other proteins, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in transcriptional regulation. By utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and protein purification, scientists are able to produce functional ZNF319 proteins for in vitro assays. This can provide insights into how ZNF319 may influence gene expression and identify potential pathways for therapeutic intervention. Overall, the investigation of ZNF319 not only contributes to our knowledge of zinc finger proteins but also holds promise for uncovering novel targets for drug development in diseases where misregulation of transcription factors plays a critical role.
