Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF300, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered interest in recent years due to its potential roles in transcriptional regulation and cellular processes. Research indicates that ZNF300 may be involved in developmental pathways, cellular differentiation, and responses to environmental stimuli. The protein's structure, characterized by multiple zinc finger domains, suggests a mechanism for binding to DNA and other proteins, potentially influencing gene expression. Studies have also linked altered ZNF300 activity to various diseases, including cancer, where it may affect tumor progression and metastasis. The recombinant production of ZNF300 allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies, enabling researchers to investigate its functionality and interactions at the molecular level. By understanding the properties and regulatory mechanisms of ZNF300, scientists hope to uncover its roles in health and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathways. The exploration of this protein not only contributes to fundamental biological knowledge but also enhances the potential for innovative applications in biotechnology and medicine.
