Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR47, or WD repeat-containing protein 47, is a member of the WD-repeat protein family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and the formation of multiprotein complexes. Recent studies have demonstrated that WDR47 is involved in neurodevelopment and synaptic function, suggesting its potential implications in neurological disorders. Understanding the structure and function of WDR47 is essential for elucidating its role in cellular mechanisms. The generation of recombinant WDR47 protein allows for detailed characterization of its biochemical properties, interaction partners, and functional assays, providing insights into its specific biological roles. This research could reveal how dysregulation of WDR47 contributes to various pathologies, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Furthermore, this work may pave the way for therapeutic strategies targeting WDR47-related pathways, ultimately benefiting disease management and treatment. The recombinant protein also serves as a valuable tool in high-throughput screening and drug discovery, facilitating the identification of small molecules that can modulate WDR47 function. Thus, the study of WDR47 recombinants is not only essential for basic research but also holds significant promise for translational applications in medicine.
