Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SOX30 is a member of the Sox (SRY-like high mobility group box) transcription factor family, which plays a pivotal role in various biological processes, including development, differentiation, and cell fate determination. It is known to participate in the regulation of genes involved in germ cell development and has been associated with testis-specific functions. Recent studies have suggested that SOX30 may also be involved in male fertility, with potential implications for understanding infertility issues linked to genetic factors. Despite its importance, the molecular mechanisms by which SOX30 exerts its effects remain poorly understood. To elucidate its biological roles, researchers have focused on the production and characterization of SOX30 recombinant protein, which allows for detailed biochemical studies and functional assays. This recombinant protein can be used to investigate the protein's interactions with target DNA sequences and other regulatory proteins, providing insights into its transcriptional activity. Furthermore, studying SOX30 through its recombinant form can aid in identifying potential post-translational modifications and their impacts on protein function. Overall, the research on SOX30 recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of its role in gene regulation and its contributions to reproductive biology, potentially paving the way for novel therapeutic approaches in treating infertility and related disorders.
