Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The LMAN1L (Lman1-like) gene encodes a protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in protein trafficking and secretion. Recent studies have underscored its importance in the endoplasmic reticulum-Golgi apparatus transport pathway, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and function. Abnormalities in this transport system can lead to various diseases, including metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative conditions. Researchers have increasingly focused on the LMAN1L recombinant protein to better understand its structure, function, and interactions within the cellular milieu. By expressing LMAN1L in a heterologous system, scientists aim to elucidate its biochemical properties and its role in health and disease. The recombinant protein can be used to generate specific antibodies for diagnostic purposes, study the protein's interactions with other cellular components, and explore potential therapeutic applications. Furthermore, understanding the functional mechanisms of LMAN1L can unveil critical insights into its involvement in disease pathology, and may pave the way for novel interventions targeting LMAN1L-related dysfunctions. As research progresses, LMAN1L continues to emerge as a significant player in cellular biology, highlighting the need for comprehensive studies and characterization of this recombinant protein.
