Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NKAP (Nuclear KAP) proteins play a pivotal role in various biological processes, including gene regulation, cell differentiation, and immune responses. Recent studies have highlighted NKAP's involvement in the development of immune cells and its potential implications in autoimmune diseases and cancer. NKAP functions primarily as a co-regulator in transcriptional activation, influencing the expression of target genes crucial for T cell development and function. Additionally, abnormal NKAP expression has been linked to various pathological conditions, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. The research surrounding NKAP recombinant proteins focuses on elucidating their structural and functional properties, providing insights into their molecular mechanisms and interactions within the cell nucleus. Understanding these aspects can lead to the identification of novel biomarkers for disease diagnosis and the development of targeted therapies. Moreover, through the study of NKAP recombinant proteins, researchers aim to unravel the complex regulatory networks involved in T cell biology, contributing to the broader field of immunology and the quest for effective treatments for immune-related disorders. This comprehensive approach underscores the significance of NKAP in both fundamental research and its potential clinical applications, paving the way for innovative strategies in immunotherapy and precision medicine.
