  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CRSP6, a member of the coactivator complex for nuclear hormone receptors, is an essential protein involved in transcriptional regulation. Its role has garnered attention due to its implications in various physiological processes and diseases, including cancer. Research into CRSP6 is propelled by the need to understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other proteins, particularly in the context of gene expression modulation. Studies have shown that CRSP6 can influence the activity of nuclear hormone receptors and other transcription factors, thereby affecting pathways related to cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Furthermore, its dysregulation has been linked to pathological conditions, prompting investigations into potential therapeutic targets. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the characterization of CRSP6, allowing researchers to produce it in vitro for structural and functional analyses. This has created opportunities for high-throughput screening of small molecules that could modulate its activity, providing a potential avenue for drug discovery. Overall, the investigation of CRSP6 not only aims to elucidate its biological functions but also to explore its potential as a target in the treatment of diseases associated with transcriptional dysregulation.
