稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Septin 9 is a member of the septin family of GTP-binding proteins, which play essential roles in various cellular processes, including cytokinesis, cell shape maintenance, and vesicle trafficking. This protein has garnered significant attention in the context of cancer research due to its overexpression in various malignancies and its potential role as a tumor marker. Studies have indicated that altered Septin 9 expression can influence cell proliferation and survival, making it a key player in tumorigenesis. Moreover, Septin 9 has been implicated in the regulation of apoptosis and the stabilization of microtubule structures, further linking it to cancer progression. The recombinant form of this protein allows for in-depth analysis of its functional properties and interactions with other cellular components. By producing Septin 9 in a recombinant system, researchers can facilitate the study of its biochemical characteristics, explore its role in cellular pathways, and evaluate its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding the mechanisms underlying Septin 9's function may provide novel insights into the development of targeted cancer therapies and improve diagnostic techniques for early cancer detection. Consequently, the investigation of Septin 9 at a molecular level represents a promising avenue in both fundamental cell biology and clinical applications.
