Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNOT10, a member of the CCR4-NOT transcriptional complex, plays a crucial role in mRNA metabolism, including degradation, stabilization, and regulation of gene expression. Research on CNOT10 has gained attention due to its implications in various biological processes and diseases. Studies have shown that this protein is involved in RNA decapping and deadenylation, contributing to the control of mRNA turnover, which is vital for cellular response to environmental changes and developmental cues. Dysregulation of CNOT10 has been implicated in several pathologies, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have allowed for a deeper understanding of CNOT10's structure and function, paving the way for exploring its interactions with other cellular components. The investigation of CNOT10's role in RNA processing and its regulatory networks is essential for deciphering the complex mechanisms of gene expression and has significant implications for developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at diseases associated with mRNA dysregulation.
