Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
OMP25, a major outer membrane protein from *Brucella* species, plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis and immune response of this intracellular pathogen. Research on OMP25 is driven by the urgent need to understand *Brucella* infections, which pose significant public health concerns and economic implications for livestock industries globally. This protein is known to be involved in bacterial adhesion, invasion, and evasion of host immune mechanisms. Investigations into the structure and function of OMP25 can potentially unveil novel therapeutic targets and improve vaccine development against brucellosis. Additionally, studies have indicated that OMP25 elicits a strong immune response, making it a promising candidate for subunit vaccine formulations. As ongoing research delves deeper into the characteristics and mechanisms of OMP25, it may pave the way for effective diagnostic tools and treatments to combat brucellosis, ultimately contributing to better control of the disease and safeguarding public health.
