稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on FZD1 recombinant protein has garnered significant interest due to its role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is crucial for various developmental processes and cellular functions. FZD1, or Frizzled-1, is a member of the Frizzled family of receptors that mediates Wnt signaling, influencing cell proliferation, differentiation, and polarity. Aberrant Wnt signaling has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and congenital disorders, making FZD1 a potential therapeutic target. Studies have shown that FZD1 can modulate the expression of genes involved in cell growth and survival, highlighting its importance in both normal physiology and disease pathology. The production of recombinant FZD1 protein allows researchers to investigate its structure-function relationship,Interactions with ligands, and downstream signaling mechanisms in vitro and in vivo. Utilizing techniques such as cell-based assays and structural biology, researchers aim to elucidate the precise roles of FZD1 in signaling cascades and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target for diseases associated with Wnt pathway dysregulation. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms of FZD1 may provide insights into novel strategies for drug development and regenerative medicine, ultimately contributing to advancements in the treatment of Wnt-related diseases.
