Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDH10, a member of the cadherin superfamily, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion and signal transduction, particularly in the nervous system. Research has shown that CDH10 is involved in synaptic development and plasticity, impacting neuronal connectivity and function. Mutations or dysregulation of CDH10 have been linked to various neurological disorders, including autism spectrum disorder and schizophrenia, highlighting its potential importance in neurodevelopmental processes. The recombinant protein of CDH10 has been generated to further investigate its binding properties and functional roles in cellular environments. By utilizing techniques such as protein expression in various systems and subsequent purification, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying CDH10's function and its interactions with other proteins. This study not only provides insights into the fundamental biology of cadherins but also opens up possibilities for therapeutic interventions targeting CDH10-related pathologies. Understanding CDH10's structure-function relationship may lead to novel strategies for diagnosing and treating neurodevelopmental disorders, emphasizing the need for comprehensive studies involving recombinant CDH10 to explore its potential roles in health and disease.
