稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PVR, or poliovirus receptor, is a cell surface protein that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, signaling, and viral entry. Initially identified as the receptor for poliovirus, PVR has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its involvement in immune response modulation and its potential implications in cancer biology. Research has shown that PVR can influence T-cell activation and the tumor microenvironment, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions in cancer treatments. Additionally, its structural diversity and ability to interact with multiple ligands suggest that PVR may have broader roles in cellular communication beyond its viral associations. As scientists delve deeper into the functional dynamics of PVR, recombinant protein studies have become essential for understanding its structural properties and mechanism of action. By producing PVR in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its interactions in a controlled environment, facilitating the study of its role in various diseases. Overall, the study of recombinant PVR proteins holds the potential for advancing our knowledge of cellular interactions and developing new therapeutic strategies in immunology and oncology.
