Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FcaR, or Formyl peptide receptor-like 1, is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, which plays a pivotal role in the immune response by mediating the effects of various ligands, including formyl peptides and other inflammatory signals. Research on FcaR has gained traction due to its critical involvement in innate immunity and its potential implications in inflammatory diseases and cancer. The receptor is primarily expressed on immune cells such as neutrophils and monocytes, where it activates signaling pathways that lead to cell migration, activation, and production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Understanding the structure and function of FcaR at the molecular level is vital for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses. The production of recombinant FcaR proteins has opened new avenues for biochemical and biophysical characterization, allowing researchers to analyze ligand-receptor interactions and identify potential drug candidates. Moreover, studies focusing on the effects of FcaR activation on various immune cell types could provide insights into its role in pathological conditions, paving the way for innovative treatments targeting immune-related disorders.
