  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ROPN1 (reproductive organ development protein 1) is a crucial protein involved in various biological processes, particularly in the development and function of reproductive organs. Research on ROPN1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in fertility and reproductive health. Abnormal expression or mutations in the ROPN1 gene have been associated with reproductive disorders, making it a target of interest for understanding infertility mechanisms. Additionally, ROPN1 is believed to play a role in cellular signaling pathways, influencing cell proliferation and differentiation. As a recombinant protein, ROPN1 can be produced in laboratory settings, allowing for detailed studies on its biochemical properties, structural characteristics, and functional roles in reproductive biology. Such studies can facilitate the development of diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies for reproductive health issues. Overall, investigations into ROPN1 emphasize its importance in both basic biological research and clinical applications, highlighting the need for further exploration of this protein in the context of fertility and reproductive disorders.
