Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CARD12, also known as NLRC3, is a member of the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptors (NLRs) family, which plays a critical role in the innate immune response. This protein is primarily involved in the recognition of pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and the subsequent modulation of inflammatory responses. Research into CARD12 has gained attention due to its unique ability to regulate immune signaling pathways, particularly in the context of various infections and autoimmune diseases. Studies have indicated that CARD12 may function as a negative regulator in certain inflammatory processes, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target for controlling excessive inflammation. Moreover, its role in the metabolism of immune cells adds another layer of complexity to its function in health and disease. As such, the recombinant expression of CARD12 protein has become an essential aspect of research, enabling scientists to investigate its structural and functional characteristics, interactions with other immune mediators, and its impact on cellular signaling. By understanding the mechanisms underlying CARD12 actions, researchers aim to develop innovative strategies for modulating immune responses in clinical settings, thereby paving the way for novel treatments for inflammatory diseases and improving overall health outcomes.
