Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RFXDC1, a member of the regulatory factor X (RFX) family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II genes, which are essential for adaptive immune responses. Understanding RFXDC1 is significant as it contributes to the transcriptional control of antigen presentation, influencing immune system functionality and the body's ability to recognize and respond to pathogens. Recent studies have revealed its involvement in autoimmune diseases and other immune-related disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. However, the functional mechanisms and structural characteristics of RFXDC1 remain largely unexplored. Recombinant protein studies of RFXDC1 can provide valuable insights into its biochemical properties and interactions with DNA and other proteins. By investigating the structure and function of RFXDC1, researchers aim to elucidate its role in immune regulation and its implications in health and disease, paving the way for novel approaches in immunotherapy and disease management. Understanding this protein's intricacies not only enhances our knowledge of immune system regulation but also opens new avenues for targeted treatments in immunological disorders.
