Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C5R1, also known as the complement component 5a receptor 1, plays a significant role in the immune response by mediating the effects of complement component C5a, which is an important pro-inflammatory mediator. The study of C5R1 is crucial as it is implicated in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer. Research has shown that C5R1 activation can lead to increased inflammation and tissue damage, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology allow for the production of C5R1 in a laboratory setting, facilitating detailed studies of its structure and function. By utilizing C5R1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of C5R1 signaling, explore its interactions with other immune components, and assess its role in disease pathology. This understanding may lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies that can modulate C5R1 activity, ultimately improving outcomes for patients suffering from various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, the availability of recombinant C5R1 can enhance the screening of potential drugs and the design of specific inhibitors, providing a promising avenue for advancing immunotherapy. Overall, the investigation of C5R1 recombinant proteins represents a significant step towards comprehensively understanding the complement system and its implications in human health and disease.
