Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C4orf14, also known as chromosome 4 open reading frame 14, is a gene that has attracted attention due to its potential involvement in various biological processes and diseases. Located on chromosome 4, C4orf14 has been implicated in cellular functions such as proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation. Recent studies suggest that it may play a role in neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, where dysregulation of C4orf14 expression could contribute to pathological mechanisms. The recombinant protein of C4orf14 allows researchers to investigate its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and effects on cellular pathways. By producing and characterizing the C4orf14 recombinant protein, scientists aim to elucidate its biological roles and understand how it may influence health and disease. This research can lead to the discovery of new therapeutic targets and strategies for treatment, making the study of C4orf14 of significant interest in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
