Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C22orf15, also known as chromosome 22 open reading frame 15, is a gene located on human chromosome 22, which has gained interest in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. The expression of C22orf15 has been implicated in several cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival, which suggests its importance in normal physiological conditions. Notably, research has shown that alterations in C22orf15 expression may be associated with specific pathologies, including neurodegenerative disorders and certain types of cancer. Given its potential implications in disease mechanisms, the recombinant protein of C22orf15 has become a subject of study, allowing researchers to elucidate its functional properties and interactions with other cellular components. By producing and characterizing the recombinant C22orf15 protein, scientists aim to understand its biological roles, investigate its structural characteristics, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target or diagnostic biomarker. The ongoing research into C22orf15 not only enhances our understanding of its contributions to human health but also opens avenues for novel interventions in diseases linked to its dysregulation.
