Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf43, also known as C20 open reading frame 43, has emerged as a protein of interest due to its potential implications in various biological processes and disease states. Identified through genomic studies and various omics approaches, C20orf43 is believed to play a role in cellular signaling, protein-protein interactions, and possibly even in the regulation of gene expression. Despite its discovery years ago, the functional characterization of C20orf43 remains limited, warranting further exploration. Recent research has implicated its involvement in cancer biology, suggesting that alterations in its expression could correlate with tumor progression or response to therapies. The generation of recombinant C20orf43 protein is crucial for elucidating its biochemical properties and understanding its mechanistic roles in cellular contexts. Producing this recombinant protein not only allows for the development of specific antibodies but also facilitates functional assays to assess its interactions with other biomolecules. Overall, advancing our understanding of C20orf43 through recombinant technology holds promise for uncovering novel insights into its biological significance and potential therapeutic targets.
