  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ULP1 (Ubiquitin-like protein 1) is an essential enzyme involved in the post-translational modification of proteins, specifically through the processing of ubiquitin-like proteins. This enzyme plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signal transduction, and cellular stress responses. Research has shown that ULP1 is implicated in the regulation of key cellular functions and is associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Understanding the structure and function of ULP1 is crucial for elucidating its biological roles and potential as a therapeutic target. Previous studies have highlighted the significance of ULP1 in the deubiquitination process, with its reactivity influencing protein stability and activity. Furthermore, investigations into the recombinant production of ULP1 have provided insights into its enzymatic properties, interactions with substrates, and potential inhibitors. By employing advanced techniques in molecular biology and biochemistry, researchers aim to explore the mechanistic underpinnings of ULP1, paving the way for novel strategies in drug development and disease management.
