Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf132, also known as "Chromosome 20 open reading frame 132," is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 20, and its precise biological function remains largely unexplored. Recent studies have indicated that C20orf132 may be involved in critical cellular processes, including cellular proliferation, differentiation, and response to stress. Given its potential role in various cellular mechanisms, understanding the expression and function of C20orf132 could provide insights into its involvement in certain diseases, particularly cancers and neurodegenerative disorders. The reconstitution of recombinant C20orf132 protein allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical studies to elucidate its structure-function relationship. Research focusing on the production of C20orf132 in a recombinant system enables the investigation of its interactions with other proteins and molecular partners, facilitating a clearer understanding of its role in health and disease. Furthermore, the knowledge gained from such studies can pave the way for potential therapeutic applications and the development of novel strategies to target C20orf132-related pathways in disease contexts. Overall, the recombinant protein studies of C20orf132 stand at the forefront of revealing the complexities of this still-mysterious gene and its implications in human biology.
