Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1QTNF2, also known as C1q and tumor necrosis factor-related protein 2 (C1QTNF2), is a member of the C1q/TNF-related protein (CTRP) family, which plays crucial roles in various physiological processes, including metabolic regulation, inflammation, and cell signaling. Research into C1QTNF2 has garnered significant attention due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders, such as obesity and diabetes, where it has been implicated in the modulation of insulin sensitivity and inflammation. Additionally, C1QTNF2 has been linked to the regulation of cardiovascular health and may act as a protective factor against atherosclerosis. The protein exhibits a unique structure that allows it to interact with different receptors, influencing various signaling pathways. Understanding the mechanisms of C1QTNF2 can provide insights into its role in disease progression and the potential for therapeutic interventions. Various recombinant protein studies have been initiated to investigate its biological functions, interactions, and potential as a biomarker for certain diseases. Given its multifaceted roles in human physiology and pathophysiology, C1QTNF2 presents a promising target for future research aimed at developing novel therapeutic strategies for metabolic and cardiovascular diseases.
