稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD28 is a critical co-stimulatory receptor found on T cells, playing a pivotal role in T cell activation and immune response regulation. Its interaction with ligands, such as CD80 and CD86, enhances T cell proliferation, survival, and cytokine production, pivotal for effective immune responses. Research into CD28 recombinant protein has garnered attention due to its potential applications in immunotherapy, vaccination strategies, and understanding autoimmune diseases. By studying CD28 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to explore the mechanisms of T cell co-stimulation, investigate the effects of CD28 signaling on T cell differentiation and memory formation, and evaluate its therapeutic potential. Understanding how manipulating CD28 activity can influence T cell behavior presents promising avenues for treating various diseases, including cancers and chronic infections. Furthermore, engineered CD28 constructs could serve as valuable tools for enhancing the efficacy of adoptive T cell therapies or developing novel vaccines. The ongoing research into CD28 and its recombinant forms strives to unlock new strategies to modulate immune responses and improve therapeutic outcomes in a multitude of clinical settings.
